Excellent product. My mother, who is now about 78 years old reported that after having this for just 3 days, she feels very good. She does not get the low or weak feeling she was getting earlier despite having vitamins. I think it is the combination of many strains in this probiotic that is helping her. I also tried it, and found it is quite good. There was clear improvement in aftereffects of tea / coffee etc. that could be noticed.

So far I am using this tablet to make probiotic curd at 36° for 36 hours and works well But need more information on the strains I had also called the company a few times - they were reluctant to disclose the strain codes although they promised they will reply my emails and WhatsApp but nothing yet for past 2 months.
