Hanes Women's Comfortsoft Cotton Stretch Extra Size Low Rise Brief (Pack of 3)

I have worn the bikinis style panties for my entire life, and size 11 in the bikinis style for most of my adult life (currently 28), however "they" (ALL MANUFACTURERS OF PLUS SIZE PANTIES) have for some reason decided to no longer make bikinis in plus size, and instead only carry boy shorts, briefs, and hi-cuts. I HATE BOY SHORTS, BRIEFS, AND HI-CUTS!!!! Can you tell I'm passionate about this? It's crazy how important the style of your underwear is... Boy shorts are uncomfortable, and hi-cuts and briefs come up past my belly button and show any time I bend over! I have scoured the internet looking for underwear that was similar to what I used to wear. I found size 11 bikinis on ebay for a while, but that has been depleted. Lane bryant sells some comfortable similar style underwear, but they are EXPENSIVE! I prefer cotton packaged underwear. Anyway, my point is, I found these and thought I would give them a try. They are still briefs, but they are LOW CUT! And guess what... THEY ARE PERFECT!!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE THESE PANTIES!!!! I bought one package to try them, but I plan to buy 20 more since I have finally found underwear that I WANT to wear. They fit nicely, feel comfortable, and sit exactly where I like them to sit on my body, and no showing when I bend over. The ladies I work with at the vet clinic will surely be thankful, lol. The elastic band is covered with fabric and comfortable. Unfortunately, you can't pick the colors you receive. I only ordered one package and got white, black, and beige. I prefer pretty colors, so I'm hoping when I order 20 more that I will get some, but the packages are probably selected randomly. Either way, I'm happy to have underwear I like to wear again. Being plus size is awkward enough, then they had to take our bikini undies away and made us wear uncomfortable underwear for a while, thankfully Hanes decided to improve on the briefs style because they now have a loyal customer in me. (I used to only buy fruit of the loom panties, but screw them!) THANK YOU HANES!!!!

This style has been my go-to underwear for a few years. I've been buying them on Amazon because most stores don't carry the size 10 I require. In general, they are very comfortable, though some packs fit more snugly than others (around the legs). But my main dissatisfaction is in how quickly they fall apart. I have years-old underwear (in this style) that are still functional -- which sounds great, right? Nope. Quality has dropped. My last 2-3 orders started forming (large, gaping) holes along the waistband within a couple months. I expected better from this brand/style.

i've purchased these at least 5 times. the first time they were awesome, but with each consecutive purchase the quality got worse and worse. the last set did the same thing as some of the other reviews mention where the fabric tears away from the binding. some of the reasons this may be happening is low quality/thin/low thread count fabric, poor thread/machine tension when stitching, etc. basically this is a manufacturing problem. something like 75% or more of the last set i purchased were completely useless inside of a month. unfortunately, these are the best cut, fit and comfort i have found, and i am sad that i can no longer purchase them because they are garbage. hanes needs to get their stuff together.

I am a slightly plus-size woman in her forties. No dis-respect, but I can't stand full-coverage "granny-panties" over my bellybutton. Briefs are too much coverage. I also don't want skimpi bikinis. For me, low-rise are perfect. These are soft and pretty, and I love the fact that there is no harsh elastic against my skin. I got a package that had a mix of prints and solid colors. The package was a regular Hanes retail pack. I cannot find these in any local store in my size. Thankfully they are available here. I received these very quickly. Very satisfied with this purchase.

The problem is not that they are too small. They are the same size as the 9s insofar ass the waistband is the identical size (I measured them), as are the leg holes -- although the leg holes are actually a little TIGHTER than the 9s.What's different? The crotch is very low.So what you have are weirdly shaped panties that are not bigger, but have a low-hanging crotch with tight legs. The worst fitting pair of panties ever -- and I've never had a problem with Hanes. There's isn't half an inch of extra waistband or leg space. Unwearable.Uncomfortable. Did I mention that the fabric is rough too? Rough rather than soft. It's as if a different company made these using weirdly shaped models and cheesy fabric. Do NOT buy them. Waste of money.Lucky for me they were cheap.

I've bought these exact same panties for years, and I always loved the fit, the comfort, and the fun colors and patterns. Unfortunately my last two orders were a terrible downgrade in quality. The leg holes are too tight, and every pair has developed holes. My latest pack I washed once after opening, and immediately upon putting on a pair, I had two rips at the seam. Until Hanes brings back their quality product, I'll be looking for something in another brand. What a joke

I bought a larger size since I figured they would run smaller than those I purchased a couple of years ago. Everything now seems to be made smaller and of lower quality material. Well I wasn't wrong.The size 11 waist is 1 inch smaller than the size 10 waist of the ones I already have. So, the size 11 is really more like a size 9.So, even more cutting back on material than I had expected.

*Update - it has now been a few months and these are falling apart. Most (if not all) have holes in them so badly that I have started throwing them away. After being a loyal fan of these for years, I’m switching to something else.I have ordered these several times and never had a problem with sizing. But this last order I made seems to be more of a bikini fit than low-cut brief.Also for some reason my black pairs in every order seem to get holes in the front, no idea why? I will probably just get them at Target from now on.

These are so comfortable and they stay in place. I wish I received the colours in the photo but oh well. I will definitely be ordering more. These are my new faves.
