I am totally surprised and over the moon at the results I have seen following this DVD.
At the start of 2016, I decided to slim down from 10st2 to 8st2. I am 5ft3 and I know that this weight suits my shape (well it did before I got lazy and drank too much red wine!).I got down to 9st4 gradually over the course of a few months through running and healthy eating. Then the weight loss really slowed down. I managed to shift 2 more pounds by increasing the running to 6 miles 4 times per week but then my weight loss plateaued. I just couldn’t lose anymore and was feeling a long way off zipping up my old jeans.I decided to give this DVD a go, not anticipating anything significant on the weight loss front but just in the hope of gaining some flexibility and toning up my jiggly bits.I have maintained my running and healthy eating and added-on the yoga. I was impressed that although many of the moves appear rather ‘gentle’, the DVD really gets you into a sweat. Some of the positions are more challenging than others, but there are various options to go just as far as your body will take you.After 2.5 weeks of yoga every other day I am delighted to have lost 7 pounds! This DVD has really powered me through the plateau!

Loved it!
So I'm a 40 year old woman and have put a lot of weight on. I did ashtanga yoga off and on for many years and have all the Rodney Yee dvds along with other power yoga dvds. I suffer from neck and shoulder pain and power yoga really hurts me with the constant vinyasa/sun salutations so I decided to give this dvd a go. I'm so impressed, really enjoyed it. It's just enough to feel like you've done a good practise without overdoing things. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who has done some yoga before and isn't wanting a full hardcore ashtanga session

great for a mental detox after work
This is an ideal DVD for those short on time: a relaxing, de-stressing breathing section to start, great for a mental detox after work, before launching into surprisingly intensive poses and flows. Relaxation at the end a little short but overall, suitable for all levels, including beginners

Fantastic DVD
This is the first yoga DVD I have ever bought and I really really love it, I have only done yoga a couple of times in the past but felt like giving it a proper go this time, as a beginner I really found this DVD useful and after going through it a couple of times I found that I picked up the routine very easily, it does get the blood pumping and I can feel myself getting stronger after doing this DVD a few times as well so I will carry on with this a few times a week, definitely recommend it !!

the yoga teacher /psychologist talks too much
I just wanted to do a yoga work out that focused on toning up. she is delivering her words of wisdom on and off during the workout, which is frankly annoying. I just want to be shown the moves.

Untrustworthy - paid good money for rubbish
Ive had to give one star to enable me to submit but if anything it’s worth minus 5 stars, extremely disappointed- I expected the dvd cover may be Slightly damaged but the dvd disk was not the right one , some daily mail British classic rubbish called cranford, rather than yoga,no-one bothered to check that the right dvd was in the cover - a complete waste of money.

Yoga for Weight Loss
Love doing this DVD, is 50 minutes long, of an intermediate level, I would say. All body parts get a workout. Lovely garden setting
