Received this as a gift and absolutely love it. We love to entertain, dinners and bbq's and these work great for any type of food event. Quality is strong and durable. Easy to set up and clean. Sizes are perfect. I love how you can adjust the tray sizes for a full tray or use the smaller trays to create 2 halves. I am actually considering buying 2 more. Food is kept warm or cold, pick your pleasure. Great addition to any event.

Great quality, sturdy and warmed efficiently.

I purchased this for my daughter's baby shower. The event was a cookout. Quite elegant. The appearance gave a more expensive pricetag. But, that was not the case. A truly worthwhile purchase. Looking forward to displaying them again.

This chafing dish was a fantastic purchase! Easy to set up right out of the box, and it feels very durable and well-made. It kept the food warm throughout the entire party with no issues, and cleanup was a breeze afterward. Definitely a great bang for your buck, especially if you host gatherings regularly. Highly recommend for anyone looking to elevate their entertaining game!

It was nice if it didn’t came with scratches..it was hard to assemble the frame because some of the frame doesn’t fit well.After use,the food pans suddenly shows water stain.I regret this purchased but no longer are able to return because i’m on vacation.If there’s a credit back for any amount,i will take it

These are a great quality for the price. They are easy to assemble, and perfect for parties. The tongs are a little cheaply made. I have used them for showers, holiday parties and other events.

The reason for the poor review is the packaging, which has been by far the most difficult challenge I've ever faced to open anything.There is so much plastic shoved in between each chafer that there's no space in between any of them, and it becomes impossible to pull apart. We had to go so far as to soak the chafers in hot water, then tried oil, and finally had to get the biggest and strongest screwdriver we had to pry them open with all my strength.The overall product is fine and it does make my job as a chef easier, but it should never be that complicated to try and pull the chafers apart when they first arrive to your doorstep.
