GREAT customer service.
I got one and it broke after I sanitized it. I messaged them and they easily sent me another, no problem. I got it in the mail the nest day and was saddened that it arrived broken. (Delivered by USPS) and I again messaged them and asked what they thought I should do, should I send them back and request a refund or send them back and request another sent? The person who helped me was like, hey these things happen and it's no problem. Sent me another. The pieces are quite delicate. It did take a week but I got the replacement. Bag was torn and I was scared it was broken too, but nope. Finally got a good one. I will definitely buy again from them in the future. Very understanding and helpful.

I make my own mead so this helps me to actually gauge the alcohol content in it and then I buy some other spirits from some hillbilly friends of mine and so it lets me keep them honest about the proof of their product works great love it wouldn't trade it for the world

I made a good choice and got a great deal! Seems to be accurate, easy to read, excellent quality! I am definitely happy with my new hydrometer! I will recommend, valuable tool for my wine making. I am getting more and more confident with my newly learned past time/hobby/habit!! Haha! The only one I refuse to kick. Wine is good for you! In moderation. Hydrometer kit readings are making thing that I have learned just by gathering the information of the how to. This brings it all together and “ding ding ding!” That ah-ha moment when all the info suddenly clicks and it’s all joined together in your head. That moment when you finally realize that you may actually understand it all. So, I will continue forward in my Wine-Love Adventure. Came broken
Glass came broken, little BBs ALL over the place. Not a great purchase. Will not spend the effort to return for 10$ or another broken device. Buy a better one, as other comments say this isn't even accurate. At least I got a test tube with it?
