I have been using Metabolics for years as the quality of their products is second to none. I ordered via Amazon as there was limited stock on the Metabolics website. This product is excellent quality, I use it when I feel overtired, and felt much better for it. Forget using cheaper brands, this is really worth the money, highly recommend.

I’m very sceptical about these sort of products and the true benefits. However, I’ve suffered with back spasms for many many months and spent fortunes on manipulation. A friend suggesting trying this product, I’ve been taking it for about 10 days now and can confirm things are improving. Not fixed yet, but I sleep better than I have done in over a year and spasms are reducing helping me stretch more than I have been able too. Let’s hope it keeps improving. Would have been five stars, just feel a sub £15 RRP would be more competitive.

Hi .,I've only just got this a wk or so but yes feel as though it's made a difference..i was assaulted in June whilst out on my bike riding and a man grabbed me still on my bike and threw us into on coming traffic. One of my injuries I'm left with is an issue walking...no feeling and tingling in my left leg to my toes..nerve damage...and constant cramping. I get laser treatment and the woman that does this twice a wk recommended your company and product. So I use it in my tea and water and yes I feel it's eased the cramps...and spasims as to date it's been 3 days off the Valium and using this product only... Would recommend... Kate

I thought the product was good value with a large amount of liquid magnesium that can be accurately dispensed using the squeezy glass syphon. It was promptly delivered as well.

I had a stroke 13 years ago since then every night I have had spasms that lead to cramps sometimes in both legs at once, I had previously taken medication for them but 15 drops off this stops the spasms altogether, its not the most potent but 15 drops a day you can't complain

This is a waste of money. Extra strong it definitely is not. The fact that I couldn't taste it at all should have been enough to alert me, but on examining the label (which I should really have done before buying!) there is only 10 mg per drop which is less than 1ml! Trace Minerals gives 400mg of magnesium per ml. Buy any other brand than this.

Pricey - hence I knocked off a star, but the quality seems excellent and there is no added toxic stuff in it like you get with other products. Was delivered promptly, too. I love the liquid vitamins and minerals, as I add them to my morning smoothy. No tummy upset with it, either. Recommend.

Over the years, I have taken numerous magnesium supplements in capsule form from various manufacturers. This is my 2nd bottle as its the best one ever. I take it 15 to 30 minutes before I go to bed and I get the best deep sleep.

Many health benefits, but I use it because it helps me go poo on time, gently and efficiently. Sometimes that makes your whole day!
