I tried the Australian Wiley Wallaby and it was inferior in both flavor and consistency. I have tried some local American brands which were also disappointing.This Finnish brand is superior in every way, I just ordered my fourth bag.I love the smell and the humid stickiness. I love the soft consistency. Very fresh. $14 for a pound is very reasonable for this quality.

There is nothing exceptional about them. They will do in a pinch, and that is about as good as I can rate them. The flavor is a little off? The texture is... weird. Just not the best formula, recipe. It'll do in a pinch, but I wouldn't order these again, or gift them, other than with reservations to whoever I would offer them. Not... terrible, just not great.

I was dubious about how the would be... especially when so many brands are kind of tasteless and kind of rubbery....not like the licorice we used to enjoy as kids.Well, this brand is the real thing. Perfect texture and taste. I love 'em. If you've been trying to find the real thing, look no further. I just hope they'll continue to be available. Super good!

I'm not really sure if I like licorice, but I had an odd craving for it so I purchased this. This licorice blew my mind. Perfect texture, chewiness, and flavor. I cannot eat any other licorice after this. Why is it out of stock! I need it!
