I have a great experience drinking this green juice. It was not a problem for making it. I used the provided cup and fill it up with powder. I pore that powder into a water bottle and shake it. I found out by doing that there is no lump at all. Then, I pour the green juice that is in my water bottle in a glass because of the bubbles I created it after shaking it. When I transfer it in the glass the bubbles stayed in the bottle and there was no bubble came out. Then, I drink the whole green juice with out lumps and bubbles.

I use 2 TSP in my shake every morning after working out and it has really helped my gut! It is a really great product! Love Vimery products!
