Very sturdy, great quality. Worth the price.
Worth the price, very sturdy and the quality is great. I’ve used it several times already.

Very rugged and doesn’t sag when it is made very hot.
This unit holds up very well to high heat. Did not sag like the previous one I had from another source.

Solid, awesome, wood literally burns slower...
We went through several cheaper grates over the last couple of years. They all sort of just sagged over time, some quicker than others. This grate is MUCH more solid feeling. There is so much more to it that the wood appears to actually burn slower due to a little less airflow. We are loving this and would absolutely recommend it. It does sit up a little higher than we expected, however is exactly as advertised - so - our bad there.

Neat grate
The grate is not cheap, but actually works as advertised. I built a fire this past weekend and it lite very easily and kept the fire burning. It works as they said it would. It keeps the embers right by the wood. Ashes slowly work there way down. There is a full burn of the wood, cleanup is easier because there are no unburned pieces left. Will buy again some day

2 bolts to assemble. 2 decades to last if not abused.
I got the old grate with the house I bought for vacation rent 5 years ago. It already had one section that burned through but the rest of the old grate was like new and was missing half an inch. Add renters for whom anything goes, and who just don't care and fast forward 5 years and I got 6" by 6" section of the grate that is missing or badly bent downward. I think the initial damage happened for one of the 2 reasons: a) some high burning temperature combustible was burned b)Repeated throwing of logs did the damage. Either way I'd be very surprised if I don't get 2 decades out of this thicker one (I don't think it's cheaper to make it out of metallurgic crap and is likely made of pretty much the same alloy or metal formula).

Very sturdy
It is very heavy. Replaced one that just wore out had it for over 20 years.

Good product, good service
The fireplace grate arrived in good condition and was easy to assemble. With its high clearance, we're getting more heat radiated from our fires. This is an expensive item, but clearly more robust in construction that most of the grates for sale. It weighs about twice as much as the one it's replacing. We're hoping to get many years of use from it.

Sturdy, large, good for coals and ash
Absolutely amazing. It is much larger than I was expecting but in a good way. We can stack a large amount of wood in our fireplace now and it doesn't have any issues with dropping coals. Ash filters through easily, so we never have to get the fire going again after it's been lit once. There have been many times that we can get it to relight in the morning with the leftover coals by just adding dry wood.

Pay attention to height.
Fireplace but didn’t check height but was able to cut the legs 2 inches so fits perfect.
