Air wheel review after 1 year of ownership and traveling
Bought it for my wife. As I originally bought her the modo bag. Due to her disabilities the modo bag proved to be too low for her to use as it hurt her to get on and off. The airwheel height made it a better choice for her.Pros : it came with a soft thin cushion seat but to be honest I didn’t really use it when I borrowed my wife’s bag as it felt the same with or without it. Which led to us ultimately losing it. In the house somewhere I hopeit’s higher than modo bag and with bigger wheels it can travel on different surfaces better than modo bag. Carpet will reduce the speed of modo bag drastically.Battery is smaller than modo bag for portability. It is faster than modo bag she can use the airwheel to get up the jetbridges when deplaning with no issues. On some surfaces on fresh battery you can literally do a burnout.support team is excellent I contacted them due to a failure of the main zipper that tore apart from the bag. With directions from them and constant updates from the support staff we were able to get a replacement bag in a timely manner.Cool factor people always stop and ask us where we get our bags from.It goes in reverse and has a very tight turning radius which comes in handy when going into an airport elevator etc.Cons : brakes this thing gets moving and it does not stop on a dime like the modo bag as the modo bag uses a handbrake similar to bike, this uses an electric brake. You have to plan out your stopping. The app and the lights not really a needed feature for me. Although in the app you can change the speed of the bag if you want to lock it to a lower gear or in the high gear as it has 3 speeds to adjust. You can fly off this thing if you not careful when turning but it’s still awesome and fun to ride. you learn how to handle it and know what you can and can’t do.Battery charges slower than modo bag but the battery is also smaller in size. When you hit too many bumps the battery will start to come loose. It will pop up slightly which will cause it to shutdown or go slower so if you about to hit some bumps like the different lines separating the sidewalk it will come loose. I just put my hand behind me and push it down with a little pressure.Power button - if that thing was located on the handle bar it would be awesome but it’s not. So after you get off it or while stopping and standing say like talking to someone while waiting you have to blindly reach around behind you and find the off button. With my Modo bag I was spoiled because power button is right in front of me. Normally If my wife is riding it I just go behind her and turn it off.D rings O rings whatever you want to call them modo bag has 4 which allow for more possibilities like towing your bags, putting a strap to hand carry it, putting carabiner on for keys. Finally no wheel lock. Modo bag has the brake and wheel lock when not in use. Example of where this comes in handy on a train in Atlanta airport I hold the brake on modo bag and I don’t have to worrry about tipping or moving forward or back as the train comes to an abrupt stop. My wife on the airwheel had to hold on to a bar on the train and was being tosse back and forth. All in all I would purchase both bags again. As each pro and con outweigh each other and let’s face it they both are just great fun to ride.

Great product & Customer service
Great Travel Companion – Fun and Practical! Before purchasing the Airwheel carry-on, I watched several YouTube videos to understand what it could do—and it did not disappoint! I was well-prepared and impressed once I got it.The bag offers ample storage space, enough for 1–2 weeks of travel. The real bonus, though, is the ride! I mostly use it in airports, and it’s a total game-changer. The speed is easy to control, and it definitely turns heads. Riding it down those long stretches to the gate is actually fun—it’s become my go-to airport routine!Airwheel’s customer service is also top-notch. They’re always available and extremely helpful.I highly recommend this carry-on to anyone looking to make their travel more exciting and convenient!

GAME CHANGER FOR PEOPLE WHO CANT WALK FAR
The media could not be loaded. My only regret is not buying this sooner. My son has a difficult time walking long distances due to medical issues and we travel so this suitcase came in handy when we needed to walk 17 gates down and back for food. If you’re still thinking about buying this, I encourage you to take the chance. It will fly through the airport! Set up is a breeze and it’s a no hassle suitcase. The only con is the zipper is made on the cheaper side so be easy with it.

Well built work as intended.
This suitcase is designed for an adult to sit on, with a sturdy exterior made of solid metal and plastic side walls. The frame, handlebar, and wheels are well-crafted, giving the impression that it will last a long time. You can sit on top of the suitcase without worrying about deformation, unlike other carry-ons. However, it is quite heavy even when empty, and I often have to use the handle to drag it when not riding it. The handle is attached to the width of the suitcase instead of the side, which doesn't feel very strong, especially when dragging a heavy suitcase like this one. Another downside is that it has three wheels, which can cause imbalance when driving on streets rather than inside an airport. The two back wheels are very close together, as seen in the photos.Last but not least, there are regulations to consider. When I travel by air in the US, airlines typically allow me to bring it on board. However, when I'm overseas, airlines from other countries often refuse to let me carry it on, and I have to check the bag, rendering it useless in the airport.
