Even though I purchase a lot from Amazon, I am not in the habit of writing a review unless it's particularly poor or good. This time though I felt compelled to write a review. If I could give 6 stars, I would. Not only the scooter is great (it looks like a micro scooter's twin) but the service is amazing...When I bought the scooter I thought it would be a cheap knockoff of a micro scooter. However scooter itself glides great and afte a year of using I can confirm that this is not a cheap knockoff but a strong, sturdy scooter in it's own. As good as the micro scooter, with the added benefit of being neon green which mean I can spot it easily (and so would the car should my daughter decide to cross without me). What stands it apart is the service. I made a mistake when ordering and ordered the wrong colour, I contacted the seller and a swap was promptly arranged. My daughter wanted to have different coulours for the handbag grips and when I asked for compatibility, I was pleasantly surprised by complimentary handebars grips of different colours.What prompted the review though is something rather common to all scooters (we had the mini micro scooters before suffered the same problem): after a year of usage the metal spring that make the handle go back in the middle automatically broke... A quick googling led me to the micro spwebsite and the spring (called "b spring") was available for purchase for £3.95. I contacted the seller and asked about compatibility before I made the purchase, to my amazement, they responded 'no problem, we'll send you a new one' and true to their words a few days later I received the spring. I could not be more pleased with the purchase and I have already recommended this scooter to several of my friends. Thank you so much to the customer service, in particular Nigel who has been very pleasant.

Fab scooter ! Easy to put together & it's very sturdy. My 4 year old can whizz about & the break is very handy too! At a reasonable price compared to the leading well known brand I would recommend this one as you can't tell the difference !

Great bought for my six year old to replace his broken micro scooter. The uber scooter seems a much more solid build and my son loves the double back wheels.And half the price!
