I was skeptical but after seeing so many of the commercials I decided to try it. I went through the first two bottles and did not notice that my pain had subsided in my shoulders and other joints until I ran out and they came back. I started takin them 5 days ago. The seal is hard to rip off, the pills are small n easy to swallow. I take both supplements at once, so far I am have only noticed my energy level changed and I am more alert and ready work in the day time. I am also not so tired in the nights, if I dnt go to bed i dnt feel sleepy. I will update my review in a few weeks.

Purchased these for my 74 year old mom, Have them on auto delivery for her and she has definitely felt a difference in her joints.

I was so excited to start these because of the ADS I had seen for them. But after 4 months of being on them, I have to say they don't live up to the ADS. I still have a lot of leg discomfort. I am still taking them because I have 2 more bottles.I take three pills a day.

It really helps, i didnt know it worked until i quit taking it for a week or 2 while traveling. But it did. Started again and i a few dats i was better again

Husband says seems to be helping. This is second purchase. There is no cure all for all your aches and. Pains. Nothing works overnight. But there is an impvement.
