I have been looking for a way to limber up my hips and lower back to prevent aches and pains and better movement. The Body Rythm, with its stable easy to use design does just that. It’s very easy to assemble and fits perfectly in front of my window without sticking out to stub a toe on. I like the full bar/pole design attachment that adds extra balance while moving. Plus there are 3 spring attachments that allows a work out at any physical level. In as little as 10 minutes, anyone at any age can get a great workout.

At first, this machine seemed precisely what I thought it would be. I've only had this for a couple of weeks, and it is not working correctly anymore. Last night small cylinders came out the bottom of it, and since then, it sticks on one side when using it. I'm guessing it's some kind of bearing. Not worth the money.

I can workout on this machine and I don't even realize how long I've been on it! Great workout and fun at the same time. I recommend the bar verse the ski handles though.Good quality and easy to assemble.

I purchased this ski trainer in April 2023. I've been using it for up to 5 minutes twice a week. I also weigh around 215 pounds. The ski trainer does work as expected. Low impact and it does work my core and quads as I was expecting. HOWEVER, poor quality and probably why it's not available on Amazon anymore. I experienced the same issue as others commented about the bearings wearing out on one of the wheels. I did find Skateboard wheel bearings are the same size. I replace the bearings in the one wheel and will replace them as they fail in each wheel. Hopefully it will last until the start of ski season.

This is fun to use. My son came home for a few days last month, hopped on it & loved it! He wants one!
