Simple and effective shoulder rehab pulley system. Easily fits inside a standard quart-size baggie for travel. Seems durable enough for my purposes - and reasonable quality for the price.

I used shoulder pulley at Physical Therapy for gentle stretch so I purchased a similar product to use at home. It can be used seated, standing, facing forward or backward. The purpose for me was just gentle stretching. I could pull downward with the right to pull up on left arm to control amount of stretch without pain. It can be used simultaneously for both arms, shoulders. There are tabs to set your range if you want to see your advancement. I use it multiple times daily to help me get a full gentle stretch that is is easy to repeat as the pulley glides the rope. There is a small weighted piece that simply goes over the door to hold in place. Simply, yet well designed and helpful product for stretching and pain relief.

I had Surgery on my Rotator Cuff. It was recommended by my Physical Therapist. I works great

It has to be on a door that is closed all the time otherwise you have to throw it over every time you use it.
