Genuine Creality Part and Fits Perfectly
This is an inexpensive genuine Creality part and it fit perfectly. The Bowden tube runs long and will need to be trimmed, or you can reuse your old one if you have one available. The installation was straight forward and took about 15 minutes. After installing, I leveled the bed and printed my first print with no problems. The nozzle came up to temperature quickly and maintained its temperature to within one degree for the 30 minutes it took to print my part. I am very happy with my purchase. The box that it came in was a little ornate, but I appreciate that. I think wrapping it up in bubble wrap and sending it off would have been fine, and perhaps save a little money in the long run.

Good quality
I recently purchased the Creality Ender 5 S1 Extruder Hotend Kit and couldn't be happier with my choice. The kit was a perfect fit for my 3D printer, and the quality exceeded my expectations. Installation was straightforward, and the components are clearly designed to last. The high-temperature and high-speed capabilities have significantly enhanced my printing projects, offering reliability and efficiency. I highly recommend this kit to anyone looking to upgrade their 3D printer's performance. It's a top-notch product that delivers on its promises.

The first replacement was fine. Sorry to be blunt... But the last three stink!
I replaced this Hot End once a couple of years ago. As another commenter stated the wires and mounting holes we're reversed, and I had to rotate the assembly 180 degrees to install it properly. Aside from wondering about quality control at Creality it worked fine for several hundreds if not thousands of prints. I ordered another replacement (I'm on my third return right now). Something is wrong sized or misaligned in all three of these replacements and loading/reloading filament(s) is a major issue as it HITS METAL as it feeds through. If and when I am lucky I can bounce it around and make it feed. You can't even feed a 1.2mm pushrod from a model airplane through without hitting metal. It is fairly easy to bounce this through the opening but 1.75mm filament is far too stressful. This was never an issue with the original equipment or the first replacement. But I am on my third assembly since. I missed the return period on this third one so I'm out $30. I simply want to know that the next one is going to work correctly! I hope Creality reads these and responds. I've had this printer for at least 2 years and know how it works when it works properly and this is not working properly. I NEED HELP!

Outstanding Replacement Hotend
Verified all tubes are correctly in place. Assembly is correctly oriented. Input at the top of the radiator (tube quick-release) is nicely upgraded from plastic (on my hotends that were installed on my two E5 S1's from the factory) to aluminum. Bolts attaching the heater block to the radiator are tight. Set screw fixating the heatbreak into the radiator is tight. Both electrical and thermocouple connections in the heater block are tight. Fresh silicon heat sock properly in place. Standard brass nozzle included (which I'll replace, but nice to see). All in all, 10/10.

Internal bowden tube missing-ish.
I don't know if this is true for all of them, but the one I received earlier this week had a bowden tube issue. The tube that connects to the drive unit was too long and there was no internal bowden tube (running through the heat sink). I suspect that the extra length on the connector was the missing piece of internal tube, but I can't be sure because I snipped it early on and didn't have it while fighting my alignment issues. Spent most of the work week fighting with the unit, swapping out nozzles and checking various online fixes until I saw another review mentioning the missing internal bowden tube. I checked mine, and there was no tube in a chamber clearly cut to fit one. That being handled, it seems to be working properly. I'll update after my test print.

Ender 5s1 perfect upgrade/repladement!
Had my extruder break on me, and this product came in fast, and has been working like a charm since. I have 0 issues with heating so far, and it was easy to change out.

QC out the window on this part
I have purchased this exact replacement before, the last one was awesome. I want to make it clear that these parts do work. However, due to a malfunction caused by myself, I had to order another. The Quality Control is just not there on this part. The PTFE tube is way longer than it needs to be, not a big deal. The screws holding it together were not all tightened, but the two screws holding the heater block were not torqued right. Pretty big deal. The whole hot end was leaning to one side because one of those screws was tightened WAY more than the other one to balance it out. I fixed this, tightened the rest, and noticed that the set screw to hold the heatbreak in place was cross threaded. Super big deal. Pictures have been included to show you. Please check your replacement parts prior to installing your $100 diamondback nozzle on the hot end before it malfunctions and destroys your nozzle, hotend, buildplate, and print itself. I want to send it back or preferably get a replacement since shipping here is astronomical.

I have had the same problem many mentioned below. Hot end came installed backwards, and could not be installed without modifying. After turning the hotend I then found I could not feed the filament through. Very poor quality control.

If going to buy buy multiple cause they don't last long or come with all the pieces or screws needs

Bought this a few weeks before Christmas and was very disappointed. I opened the box and initially everything seemed fine but when I tried to fit it I realised the heat sink was attached backwards to the hotend. this meant that I could not screw the bottom most screw in due to there not being a gap in the heat sink on that side. Annoyed, I continued installing it with only 2 screws installed. However, when I finished and turned my printer on the filament would not go into the heatsink and reach the actual hot part. I soon took it back off my printer and made the discovery that there was an obstruction inside the heatsink blocking my filament. This made the hotend replacement as useless as the broken one I already have, extremely disappointed with Creality once again for their low quality manufacturing. I have only given 2 stars as it was easy to return and get a refund.

i have purchased two of these and neither is wired up correctly, the wiring comes out on the wrong side and cannot be fitted, if you proceed to fit with the wires on the correct side then you cannot align the holes in the heat sink for securing the unit,,, its crap
