My husband bought this for our son who at the time was maybe 6 weeks old. He hates swaddles and hates being constricted. He even hated hus bassinet bc it was too small. Anyway, we bought this bc he sleeps with his arms up and figured we'll blankets aren't safe so we could use a sleep sac. It says 0-6 as the size but I highly doubt 99% of babies could use this before the age of 4 months old. I'd even argue it's just simply made for 6 month olds and not even 0-5 months. So just be aware that this thing I'd HUGE. The arms are long as well. The neck hole is huge. It's not safe for newborns at all.With that being said we were excited to use it but I doubt we will get to bc by the time he gets big enough for it, it will be summer and not nessisary.
