This is by far the best brand of ball I've seen
This is by far the best brand of ball I've seen. I have had several of varying brands, but this one lasted as a desk 'chair' for around 10 years! The only reason it's getting 4 instead of 5 stars is that there seems to have been an accident in shipping, and it came without a plug. This makes it rather difficult for it to fulfill its purpose. Fortunately, pack rat that I am, I had a plug leftover from a previous incarnation of this ball that seems to work just fine. As I already had the plug and don't need another, I did not contact the seller about it and thus cannot comment about customer service.

Not quite as expected.
The ball arrived in a loose polythene bag, and did not come with an exercise sheet as stated in the description. It is a lot smaller than I expected, despite me choosing the size based on my height. Because of the relatively low cost I just kept it rather than go through the hassle of returning it. I bought it because that make of ball is used in the Physio Department at my hospital.

Works fine, neither brilliant nor bad.
it works -- initially seems small, but does inflate to the indicated size. It's a bit more rigid and slippery when inflated than a different model we'd had previously (which took a dislike to being left in contact with a heater .......)

Do not buy from this seller - tried twice and parts missing :(
I bought this and when the ball arrived it was just that - the red deflated ball in a torn bag patched with tape. Not the plugs or adapters or certainly not the book. I was annoyed but thought "hey sometimes this happens" so I clicked for a replacement, printed out the return stuff. The next one arrived and: same again! This time there were at least two plugs and the bag was fully taped, but no adapter so no way to inflate the darn thing! SO irritating as I've now waited a week and I'm still left without the ball. Grrr.

Good quality
Good quality. Used regularly for rehab, gym exercise and even to sit at my desk on. Very good quality.

Decent ball, but would be better with a matt finish.
Good quality except the ball has a slightly 'tacky' finish, rather than matt, meaning dirt and dust gets stuck to the ball.
