UPDATE 2024------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------So I tried this again, hoping that my bad experience was a one off or maybe they changed the recipe. To my delight, it is now 100% delicious and balanced. 9/10. It would be very hard to beat the taste and perfect heat level of this sauce. Now I don't have to get the good stuff from North America..... Plus they added a nice yummy gift. The balance of things is off on this one. although its not "bad". I am a big fan of the North American Cheese Dips you can buy from most anywhere. ( which I equate to the cinema style cheese sauces ).The major issues with this product that could be improved.(1) There is too much sweetness going on.(2) Heat is too much ( though if number 1 weren't an issue this would be more tolerable ).6/10.Add more salt to this and it goes to 6.5 or 7 / 10 maximum.But still the amount of sugar here keeps it from being even great. The thickness is there, the heat is there if you want that.

Great taste to the product and warms up really nicely. I wouldn't say its super hot but I do have a very high spice tolerance so I may be unreliable in that. Goes well with tortilla chips and as a snack!

Ok negative points ... It's expensive... Em that's it . Positive points. Might actually be the best I've ever tasted ( so far ) nachos were amazing . Then I went with Mac n cheese . Also amazing.

First jar I ordered came broken and was replaced swiftly by Amazon customer services. When the second jar arrived I was already awaiting it with anticipation. Was not disappointed! Super spicy and cheesy and perfect on nachos with salsa. I’m not sure how I managed it but the entire jar disappeared after two sittings! Buy it, you will not be disappointed.

Now I love this. It is a bit expensive and you don't get a lot in it but I love this. The heat is perfect. In my opinion it's the best cheese sauce. Now the warning this isn't for everyone and if you don't like hot or spicy stuff then I don't recommend this for you. My friends found it too hot. So good luck.

The cheese flavor was alright enough however it wasn't very spicy at all.

Thought this would stand a chance to replace a dip I can no longer buy. It's certainly hot but not blended in any way that gives an all-round chilli cheesy flavour. All you can taste is 'hot spicy' and it drowns out any flavours you're 'the dip with. So, okay for 'hot only' customers, but otherwise forget it.
