WOW!! THIS CANE HELPED EASE THE PAIN GOING UP STAIRS
THIS PRODUCT IS AWESOME! I HAVE MUSCULAR DYSTROPHY, AS WELL AS OSTEOARTHRITIS IN MYHIPS. THIS MAKES CLIMBING STAIRS THAT ARE TOO FAR APART IN HEIGHT EXTREME DIFFICULT,PAINFUL , AND SCARY TO DO. THIS PRODUCT HAS EASED THE ANXIETY AND STRESS OF NAVIGATING STAIRS. IT'S GIVEN ME A BIT MORE INDEPENDENCE TO GET IN AND OUT OF THE HOUSE BY MYSELF.I LOVE THAT! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

Useless
The cane after assembly is 90 degree to the platform. There is no other way to assemble it. Completly useless. And the cane is very wobbly and the entire thing is NOT light weight. I would right the seller directly but I can't find how to do that.

The product is very easy to use
I used the product to navigate the stairs. I found it very easy to use and navigate.

Too small of base.
This is a great idea, to cut the step height down. My Aunt is unable to lift leg high enough for a regular step. The height is perfect. The only problem is the base width is too small for a complete foot and she feels unsteady without her whole foot on something before trusting it to step on it.

Huge help
I could not manage steps without it. The only problem i would not use for walking aid as it would be easy to trip with but for stairs. Amazing
