Wooden Montessori Toys Busy Board for 1 2 3 4 Year Old, Baby Toddler Sensory Toys, for Fine Motor Skills, for Autism ADHD

I bought this for my papaw, a mechanic, in the end stages of his cancer. He could no longer get out to his barn to work, but he was always looking for his tools. He would sit with this in his lap and tinker away. Would recommend not only for little ones, but also for dementia patients who would benefit from busy work.

All parts operate as they’re meant to as shown, although I didn’t know about the little music box! That one my son can’t figure out yet 😅 but for a 2yo with suspected autism and with sensory needs, this is a very affordable starting option to see how he likes busy boards. The long key shown on the right works with a padlock that is packaged separately and for some reason NOT attached? So we won’t be using that 😅 otherwise, this was a good purchase.We will definitely be buying other busy boards for my son; he’s VERY into things that spin, click and light up! It keeps his attention for a very long time. And this particular one is small and light weight, very portable.Update: the light switch thingy broke off :(

Purchased for my grandson who has some sensory issues, he carries this board with him wherever he goes. He plays with it from the time dinner is finished until bedtime. It has become one of his favorite toys, he is 22 months old.

I got this for my daughter when she was about 10 months for a long road trip, she’s 14 months and it still kept her entertained for almost an hour in the car! The fidget spinner is what she enjoys most but as she gets older she continues to explore new ways to play with it. It’s sturdy and travels well for road trips. Haven’t had to worry about small pieces breaking off either.

The media could not be loaded. I mean it’s a very cute board. Love the fish with the sequins. The light switch is satisfying and the fidget spinners great. But, the music box is horrifying.I unfortunately have to return it. I originally got this for my dementia client to fiddle with, and her daughter sleeps in the same room as her. I can’t imagine waking up in the middle of the night to the sound of this music box. I won’t put her through that. If you don’t mind the music box, this is a great board. Really wish they didn’t cheap out on that.

Just be careful and watch them while they play with this. My baby liked to chew on the wooden balls but them came off the string. Could be a choking hazard!

This has been such a great purchase. It is made of good quality materials, it is sturdy, small enough to travel and it is so useful to keep the little one entertained, which is the ultimate goal.
