Such a cute little container and I love how soft it leaves my lips, a must have!!

I was excited to receive these, my lips have been feeling dehydrated and dried up lately. Nothing I put on them helps.When these arrived, I could see the box underneath the shrink wrapped plastic. The box was wet and disfigured so I figured something leaked out. When I opened the box I noticed a crack on the side of the case. And everything was all wet. I can’t even return it, bc I had to open it to see if it was actually leaking. All the lip stickers were dried out and hardly have any solution on them. Not sure if this was a shipping error or factory defect in the case. I’d like my money back though. Can’t review an item I couldn’t use.

This product was good initially, when I first bought it it seemed to do a good job of plumping the fine lines on my lips. After a week the masks seem to be less hydrated and stuck together more. So either the case does a poor job of locking in the moisture, or only the first few masks were super hydrated. Nonetheless it is super affordable and was worth the try.

Unfortunately this product did come busted Open with wet box as reviews warn... Not only that but the product is practically sealed shut from opening prior to receiving. But once I did get it opened it turned out to not have the spoon to get the product out with... I'm highly disappointed 😞

The packaging was wet and looked a little weird. When I opened the box the lip mask had a strange hole in the middle of it. Most lip masks I’ve come across never had a hole in the middle. The hole looked like someone poked it with a fork. Not a good impression.
