I've tried on LG G8x, and the following features are working ok:-1. TV out feature via HDMI. You can watch pics, videos, apps, etc. I'm using an old non smart TV which is 1080p, 60fps, its working in native resolution! Even old apps are doing good. You can get a copy of the Android screen on the TV, or, read point 2...2. You can also opt for a computer like mode, called DEX Mode, when doing HDMI out. Working great. Android apps adjust accordingly, can be maximised, minimised, etc.3. Using USB Keyboard is possible, using up and down keys, and shortcuts such as Win key+ Backspace, you can use all the operations on the phone using keyboard.4. Mouse can be attached. A small mouse pointer appears on screen.5. Pendrive are working ok. Both USB 2 and USB 3 tested from Kingston and Sandisk respectively.A couple of things that didn't work are:1. My 2TB portable hard disk didn't work. It got power as the light lit up, but it didn't work as such.2. Anything connected to mini USB-C port didn't work, I guess it was a charging only port.I also have a Redmi Note 7 Pro and its TV out function didn't work, although yes, the keyboard and mouse work ok.Although cheaper adaptors exist, one from a reliable brand like Amkette is totally worth the price.I'll keep experimenting and updating this post, also I'll add TV out images.

Update 2: After forcing them to replace, they replaced it but again, it took me alot of efforts.Update: It stopped working now, and they are unable to help me because they say office is closed they can't help, this dock is useless, don't buyI received it today 31st Dec, 2020 and tested it for a while below is what I found: DO CHECK VIDEOS AND PHOTOS ATTACHED.1. Build quality looked good and it's light weight only 50 grams2. I connected this with Power adapter and my battery showed plugged in not charging, however it takes few minutes and starts to charge, i think that's apple it takes time and adjust itself.3. I did feel it getting warm but not hot which is good4. The Amkette staff is helpful.

Nice laptop accessories for office work

As soon as I got the product, connected and started checking all ports to see if they are working as expected.Hanging a lot when copying data(or when doing ssd speed test) via external ssd on USB A 3.0usb c port apart from Power delivery is only usb 2.0usb c power delivery port only takes power input, it wont detect any devicesVery bad, applied for replacement of same item as there is no return for this product

This adapter was a great purchase for my MacBook Pro. It works well and provides the major ports (HDMI, USB) I needed. For the price, the adapter is pretty sturdy and it’s also small enough to easily store in a laptop bag / carry along with the laptop.

Its fine otherwise, good quality, but it does not run 4K res at 60 Hz

Product build quality is best in the price range as it is made up of aluminium chassis instead of plastic and it is also light in weight. I connect my Dell XPS 13 9308 with my dell 21" monitor, logitech gaming keyboar G213 and dell laptop charger 65W. On connecting the charger, it gives slow charge warning but in all honesty it does not felt different what so ever. Device still charges fine and work is uninterrupted. My laptop is more work oriented instead of gaming which requires more juice from the chargers and this may be a key factor for GAMERS. For me, the device is great in the price range.
