These are very long and velcro is only on one fixed point, not all along the length of strip. Adjustment is therefore limited. Bought them instead of cycle clips but sure I'll find a use for them as they don't stay put round my ankles. Seem good quality for the price and arrived next day

I didn't want the hassle of a reflective vest when dog walking, so chose these instead. They are good quality and work effectively on the sleeves of my coat. I'm a size L male and wear two layers under the coat sleeve. They don't ride down and the velcro fastenings are very secure. My only 'beef' is that the white reflective bands have started to crease and show signs of wear after one winter, but I would certainly buy them again.

These are excellent, very high vis, elasticated bands. Lightweight and easily packable/foldable. They are, as advertised, arm bands, and fit the upper arm perfectly. So if you want them for wrist or ankle [for cycling perhaps] then they need to shortened - easy to do with needle and thread. They measure 30-34 cms depending where the velcro is placed, before stretching; and 36 - 42 when stretched.

Been using the arm bands since before the clocks changed back: cycling to walk, walking where there isn't a pavement to get to my evening class and leant them to my 9 year old neighbour to use them when he's out scooting. He thinks they're very cool. Well made, inexpensive, portable, received them quickly. What's not to like or recommend. Great for everybody. Great stocking filler Christmas pressie.

I used these for tucking up my trousers whilst cycling. Unfortunately I have very thin legs which means these often slip down to my ankles. I'm surprised I haven't lost them.They also do a smaller version - but alas they were too small - and in fact probably only useful for children. It didn't take long for the velcro to give up on the smaller version because there was too much tension.If only for a middle sized "goldilocks" version!However, they are quite robust.. so if your legs are wider than mine, these would be a good buy!

I use these so much on my horse's legs! Slightly long for my boy, but the velcro straps adjust easily and have withstood copious amounts of mud and cleaning without any problems. Very reflective and perfect for dusk and evenings.

These are fab! Really bright and reflective and big enough to wear on the top of your arm over a coat. Much better than the snap bands we brought previously which were too small and didn't reflect at all! Highly recommend!

Straightforward but useful, easy to use and stretchy enough to fit over sleeves on a bulky coat. Great for winter visibility while walking.
