This product is very easy to use and most important it does work! Great value for the money.

the gel feels good, but the design of the bottle is really crap. i pressed the top button for a few hundred times to get a tiny drop out of it and some gel is leaking on the edge of the button (it touched very slippery). it seems straightforward but there is no instruction included in the package how to get the gel out of the bottle. it's such a hassle to use it.was the bottle broken during the postage?

Product works well. This is the second purchase. 4 stars because the second bottle pump is defective and squirts across the room. I had to take it apart to use it. It is too expensive to lose even one pump of the product.

Make scars much less visible. My doctor recommended this product after surgery. Per his instructions I started to apply 9 days after surgery, once the stitches were removed. Applied to both scars twice a day. At first I thought the product was too expensive, but you only need a tiny amount for each application, so a little bit goes a long way. What were originally large scars are now barely visible.

I have a skin cancer surgery scar very visible on my forehead and have religiously used this product 2-3 times a day for 3 months and see no difference what so ever. For the price, I expect more than…NOTHING.
