Faulty product
Booted up when I got it and my games keep crashing. Borrowed a friends PS5 to make sure it wasn’t my discs but they all played well and no crashes. So I was sold a faulty item

If you have questions, Amazon actually can help
The seller was great. When package was late, he checked on it himself. I was so excited when it came. I gave it to my son for Christmas. It works great, and he loves it!

The item is not working correctly. It gets hot right away and shuts down. I want my son to send it back, but I have not received any information from Amazon on how to do this.

KINDA setup for internet. (But not really)
Where I live, your internet is your hotspot. PS5 won't even see it. Somethings I learned after I got it is that this is a COMMON issue. Kinda thinking it should have been solved by now. I can play some games, but definitely a limited use product.
