Of all the many postpartum aftercare products I was recommended and purchased as a first time mum, these were by far the most effective- an absolute must for anyone who needs some relief after giving birth. Suitable for use even with stitches which is amazing! Not the most absorbent of pads and only last 20 mins in terms of the ice pack itself, but the relief and soothing sensation is so worth it!

Honestly if you are having a baby buy these! Labour was painful but it's the aftermath which is the worst part (I found). While you experience the Joy's of hobbling around like you're a 100 years old, to feeling like half your insides hanging out between your legs (literally if your 'lucky'enough to get haemorrhoids too) and having your stitches sting everytime you pee etc the whole thing is made worse by the rather uncomfortable heat coming off your bruised and battered nether regions. You can buy reusable Cooling pads, but you have to wait for them to cool and wash the sleeve after every use, of course, which means doing some laundry. These pads you simple crack, shake and stick inside your (disposable) knickers and then lie back and thank the gods (all of them) that these pads exist! Screw diamonds, if you've had a baby, these are your new best friend!

I ordered these and after labour I tried them. Couldn’t get them to work. They where very big and bulky and just felt the description of comfort was very wrong. When emailing to send them back and requesting a refund I got a very passive aggressive response. Saying they they never had any issues before. With exhaustion and pain and being a new mum the response wasn’t what I expected and felt it was very unnecessary- they where very bulky so uncomfortable in a already uncomfortable place. This product wasn’t for me. Works for some but I feel the company wasn’t understanding at all and rude. I will say they honoured the refund but I felt they did because they had to as it’s law and stated this in the email that I asked for a refund before the 2 week cut off date.

The cold pack works well for 10-15mins but then you need to change the pad. It’s not absorbent and isn’t breathable.

When you need a thick pad, but really want to put an ice pack 'down there'- This product has combined both brilliantly! Was in agony and the relief this product provides, its well worth the £75 I spent buying 3 boxes of these. Used them all day and night for about 10 days. Thank you, person who designed and got these made- i was very grateful!!!

Super handy to have in my hospital bag for my first baby, and for the first week postpartum! Easy to use (can be a little hard to pop) and convenient that you can take them anywhere. It did provide relief, albeit temporary (about an hour), but gives relief between pain killers. Obviously not comfortable having anything thick in your bits after giving birth, but the relief justifies the slight discomfort. Bought more for my next delivery.

Worked wonders for me. Just don’t be afraid to twist it to pop the inside to activate it. It doesn’t leak which I was afraid of. Helped with after the birth and great now for a cold compress for any injuries. They only last about 10mins

These pads were an absolute winner post Parton. They are absorbent, so replace maternity pads, they can be worn for much longer than a freezer pack (they are cooling, not frozen, and therefore won’t risk scalding your sensitive areas), they are not noisy (no rustling sound); I put one on about 1 hr after giving birth, after the first shower, and it was glorious. I used them from birth up to five days after.

Habe den Artikel für die Geburt unseres Kindes gekauft. Nun ist unser Kind da aber die Binden kühlen nicht wie versprochen. Wenn diese überhaupt 1 Minute kühlen ist es schon alles, absolut kein Verhältnis zu Preis/Leistung, für mich ein absoluter Fehlkauf, so sind es nur überteuerte Binden. Hoffe mit der Rezension anderen helfen zu können.

Pour le moment je suis satisfaite de la réception et de l'emballage, j'en n'ai entendu que du bien et ce produit est tres populaire aux États-Unis unis alors vu le prix j'espère que ça fait le job. Je ferai un update de mon commentaire après la naissance de mon bébé pour d'écrire l'efficacité ou non du produit.

I can not express how relieving these were. I packed them with me to the hospital as I did not have access to a freezer for my own home made ice pads. All I had to do was snap and shake them and I had an ice pad that was surprisingly absorbent.

These are ok, not as good as a similar brand name product. Didn’t stay cold past 20 mins. Overall they were ok

The pads are not working, tried it with 3 pads according the manual and none was starting to cool. Product has not the use as per marketing. I would not recommend to buy this product, it’s a waste of money as simple pads have same effect. No return or refund option offered! One pad broke inside with the liquids coming out. Completely useless
