I have been taking two capsules daily for the past 30 days and no longer have painful swelling in my legs and ankles. I am curious to know if the issue has been resolved or just temporary, but I saved money by buying a two-pack just in case.

I took a chance in purchasing this product, as I have struggled with a heaviness in my calves for a few years now... and surprisingly not related to a blood pressure problem. Yet still, this product has changed my life. If I skip a day, I can feel it.

This product took about 2 weeks to work. I haven't had any issues with pain in the back of my legs or buttocks which usually started when I 'd lay in bed to go to sleep. Most times I would have to get up and walk/pace the floor to stop/ease the pain. I've tried creams, magnesium, calcium and other products that just did not work. This product allows the muscles to relax and not smart or be in pain. It allows for a comfortable, good night's sleep throughout the night because you are not waking up to pain. This product is wonderful for me. I am on the subscription.
