RIMABLE 41 Inch Drop Deck Complete Longboard blue

To be fair this is hands down an entry level board. I have a Landyachtz dropcat38 but I bought two of these for our kids. My landyachtz was also a beginner purchase but I spent more because I didn’t want to buy another replacement soon. There is a day and night difference with the components between the two brands. The Rimables arrived very stiff and hard to turn for the kids. I first tried loosening the hardware but still not much give either way. I literally took their board completely apart, swapped bearings, and reassembled. The bushings are extremely firm and uneven. When I reassembled I flipped the trucks and had to lay the bushings so they were even. Once the trucks were on I applied as much pressure on each end of the truck to try and break the bushings down a little. Also lubber the truck pin so it would atop squealing. Once I gave the boards some attention they handled much better hence the 2 stars. This board is much heavier than my dropcat but I suppose for kids this is a decent entry level. If you are an adult and don’t want to find yourself having to buy an upgrade later just spend more and get a higher quality board like I did.

I saw my deck wrong. It is actually a drop down deck and seeing that I’m super stoked. Sorry for wrong reviews. I saw a similar to the one I bought here which was a drop through deck and thought it was what I had bought. Upon receiving and looking at my board it’s a drop down deck. Much better for downhill ride because when you slide it’ll be safer because the board won’t slide underneath you. Buy this and ride and have fun and always remember to wear a helmet!
