I ate the peanut butter ones but have Dark Chocolate Chocolate Chip to give you an idea. 200 calories per bar. 29 carbs, 1 g dietary fiber and 14 g sugars. I eat them because they are gluten free and vegan.

It is dark chocolate, which tends to be bitter, but this is a good mixture, so it is not, and I personally love the dark chocolate more than others. Since you are even asking, I suspect you will enjoy them thoroughly.

You can change the amount & frequency by going to your Subscribe & Save page under your account. And no, this does NOT lock in a price! I always try to look at the price before one of my subscriptions gets shipped. Have cancelled many orders as the price was too high.
