Excellent product and well designed. Just like having sponge cushion under your heels and relieves the aching heels. Fits well in the shoes without the need to increase the shoe size, washable and just comfortable to wear. Plantar fasciitis could also be caused by inflammation of the plantar fascia to the heel bone, due to small tear or damages, just like a pulled muscle. Think how many steps we take each day, say 4000-5000 steps, that's is how many times we step on those damaged heel muscle without giving it a chance to heal. Imagine like when we have a torn muscle but we never stop using it. So step one, heal those plantar fascia first. But how? We all need to walk each day, from a few to thousands step per day? You must allow the plantar fascia to heal by walking less and use lots and lots of padding or cushions to protect the heels. Use double or triple padding/cushion to speed up recovery. Once healed, keep using the cushions until the heels are fully recovered. Wear thick sole trainers with memory foam. Hope this info helps.

Brilliant - I had apparently bought absolutely the correct type of running shoe for the way I run - checked - measured filmed ..etc..and I still kept coming up injured..I tried some different ones and the same thing happened - I was getting very disheartened and bought these as a "what the hell" sort of purchasethey are great - really make a noticable difference, no knee or ankle problems since using them - they do also change the fit of my running shoes though - the foot is very slightly angled downwards inside the shoe now which I quite like (but some may be horrified by) - and my ankle bone has more clearance from the side of the shoe which feels much better especially off roadI did look at some very very expensive inserts which had a lot less cushioning than these so an excellent surprise at how well they workoh and you cant feel they'ye there - until they're not....

These heel cups are very helpful. I have arthritis in my knees and they provide good cushioning when walking on hard ground. Walking in town on the pavements is now much easier.

good but had to remove after a few hours, relieved heel pain but i seemed to get other pains and aches in my feet

I have to wear wellies for 10 1/2 hours a day for work, after a few days my heels were killing me. The pain was intense. I scoured the internet looking for a solution. I finally decided to try these heel cups. I wear a thin pair of trainer socks and a thin pair of ankle socks with the heel cup between the two so that it is not against my skin but is held in place. I wear this in my normal shoes to work and then put on some ski tube socks over my thin socks before putting on my wellies every day! The result; for the first few days I didn't notice much difference, and then the pain eased off and now I have no pain at all. I still wear them every day for work as they cushion the heel and prevent the pain from coming back.Would definitely recommend.

Purchase with purpose of using with my safety shoes in work. Heels cups quite thick make walking very uncomfortable. Packing very nice. Quality just good. For nearly £15 expected bit more. Return on your cost (small parcel around £3.8). Waiting over 2 weeks for confirmation from wherehouse about product return. So far spent nearly £19 no product and no return. No recomend

I have only been using these for a few days so I cannot comment on durability but so far I am so pleased with them. I have a painful point on my heel, I originally thought it's some glass stuck but the xray showed nothing there and the doctor has no suggestions, so I bought these as a last resort before going on a skiing holiday. I have been wearing them successfully for a few days and the pain is relieved instantly. I have worn them around the house inside my socks, inside my trainers and I also have been wearing them for work with my heels, I just put them inside my tights and they work perfectly. Wish I had bought these when the pain first started instead of suffering for so long. I'm sure they will work great inside my Ski boots.

Great product. Had some other gel heel pads previously which didn't alleviate much pain at all. Bought these and I was able to walk normally and my pain rating went from 8/10 to 2/10. After a few weeks of virtually no improvement with the old heel pads I had instantaneous improvement with the Tuli's. Recovered rapidly from my bruised heel and I am back playing football again.Sit fine in my |ZX Flux and Kaiser Astros. I am a size 9.
