After suffering from a torn tendon, and requiring all my shoes to be fitted with orthotics or giving away, I thought I would never be back into my high heel shoes. These are amazing and make most of my pumps and booties very comfortable. I love them. They are much more reasonably priced than custom fitted orthotics, and more comfortable too!

This helped my PF in combination with supportive commuting sneakers and flipflops. But, they don't stay in your shoe. I had to add double sided take on the bottoms to keep them from popping up with the foot. My foot kept popping out of my heels, because these inserts takes up space and lifts your heel just enough that the contour of the shoe around your heel doesn't cradle your heel to stay in the shoe/heel. I had to add heel strips in addition to the double stick tape... I'm giving this 4 stars because the support for the arch was helpful. But the fit in the shoe needed too much customization.

I have Plantar fasciitis. I put these insoles in my high heel shoes and high heel sandals, making them very comfortable. Insoles are barely in my shoe. Love them very much. You might need a 1/2 size larger footwear when using inserts.

So comfortable and fit in any shoe, especially womens dress shoes.

I have tried on these EXACT orthotics in Dana Point, CA for $300. Glad I bought them here instead! They are amazing. My custom orthotics are great for athletic shoes but could never fit into dress shoes and boots like this.
