What are the functional differences between ordering the small vs medium sizes?

I bought the medium size, and feel like it just gives me a better hitting surface. That is however, a personal preference, as I have never used the medium size. It will sure teach you that you are not collecting the ball prior to the bottom of the downswing, which you should be. I am borrowing that phrase from Nick Faldo.

The hitting surface is supposed to be replaceable, but I can't find how to order additional replacements. Where can I order these?

I have not purchased extra. It came with 3 extra surfaces. I used the original surface for a long while (equating to hundreds of swings if not 1000) and finally replaced it. It didn’t even need replacing but I did anyway just for the heck of it since I had them. That is just my experience. It’s possible someone with a “heavier” swing could beat it up faster I guess.

This looks amazing, but I would like to place it on light colored carpet. Have you tested on carpet and if the black rubber stains or leaves a mark?

I have not, but I would think you could place a beach towel under it, to prevent this from happening.

Does this show the angle of the club face upon impact in addition to the path ?

Yes. There is a mark where the club first hit the mat. I don’t use it to hit balls. I mostly use it as a fine tuning drill for the off season.

Very poor quality for a very high price. This happened after a few days of swinging on the mat. One thing to note is that I am a young male that has a high swing speed, which is why I bought the most expensive mat. I asked the seller for a refund and they only offered 50% off and for me to keep this junk. I see they have since raised the price haha wow how rude to the poor unsuspecting customers. Let this be your warning to just go and buy the cheaper versions out there. This one is not worth it unless they decide to realign the price with the quality.

Velvet surface shows club impact and direction. However, when it was time to replace the green surface, I discovered that it was GLUED to the rubber support mat underneath, NOT attached using hook & loop (VELCRO). So now the green mat just flies off with every practice swing.
