My workshops often felt scattered—even though I had planned everything out meticulously, more often than not, I still end up winging it whenever the agenda went off tangent. But this deck has really helped me a lot. Each deck packs a straightforward yet powerful tactic or exercise to spark creativity, keep everyone engaged, and maintain momentum. Used the cards for Agenda , and to kickstart my brain, as it had been years since I had run an agenda. Card format is great because you can sort and prioritize and leave out the ones that don’t apply to your Workshop situation
