LIHAO 24pcs Mini Led Lights - White Paper Lanterns

Really cool, I used them to decorate my kids shoes for a special "Be seen" day at her school, was a bit weird but worked well. Very bright and long life.

Not a really bad product but they do turn on themselves if all put in one tub and they rub together. If that’s not an issue as using straight away they’re a good value item. I didn’t like that once you put it inside something (Xmas baubles in my case) that you couldn’t turn them on & off as the whole system is inside your item. So were all just left on until they died- which wasn’t very long. They do however have a nice bright light. Don’t buy if you want to put inside an item allowing you to turn them off & on whenever you want. Go for one that can be sat internally in the item but the twist on n off can stay external via a button or remote etc.

I have to say that contrary to a few of these reviews, I think these are amazing. I bought them last year for use in a birthday cake and only used two, so this year I decided to use some again. I made my sons birthday cake last Monday and fitted two of the lights in on Tuesday morning (see pic #1) ready for taking to the restaurant that afternoon. I was a little worried they might not last but I really needn’t have. They burned super bright all evening, even though they were covered in fondant, and on returning home, we left them in the cake for two days. When we finally finished the cake we left them (still glowing) on the window ledge. It is now 7, yes, 7 days and they’re still glowing (see pics 2 & 3)... how fabulous is that? I’ve used them for camping, hanging one on a piece of cotton in a plastic milk carton for a makeshift camping light too, but never tested them for as long as this one.

I am so sorry to have to review these so badly but I was unfortunately so very disappointed at the performance of these. I was so looking forward to the darkness falling on my nieces 2nd day wedding event to see the lanterns which were great light up with these specific for purpose lantern lights - it just didn't happen. I switched them all on and hung them in the lanterns before everyone arrived, thinking when darkness came down they would glow in the marquee, but not to be. Two days later today they are still lit but they were not strong enough to light the lanterns. Put so much effort into this event and this was the only let down 😥.
