Omega 3 6 9 Gummies

Taste is fine but very sweet, and slightly fishy despite being vegan. I know it’s the perilla oil but it still wigs me out lol. I feel like adding a sour element to the flavor would mask it a lot better. The ingredients are legit though and third party tested, so even though I can’t personally tell if they’re working or not (I have A LOT going on in terms of my health), I trust that they are what they claim they are. Out of my budget for a 30 day supply though.

First off, let me point out that I am not Vegan. However, I have never enjoyed the taste and texture of seafood/fish my entire life and avoid it like a plague. As I am getting older and a little wiser, I began to research a bit more on how important EPA and DHA is to our health. Unfortunately, since it is mainly found in seafood sourced meats, I obviously have been missing out. Thankfully, I have been able to find an affordable alternative. I get the benefits of Omegas without any fishy aftertaste. If you don't like fish like I do, give these a try. I have nothing to complain about.

Just started these, so can only comment on the taste at the moment. Tastes nice and citrus, only a teeny tiny slight fish taste. Chews well, a soft gummy texture. Came very well packaged in a sealed tub. I will buy again if I get any benefit from it.
