I am always a bit leery about supplements but this one i think is actually improving my fingernails already in apx a weeks time of taking. I also think that they are making my skin a bit less dry as well which is always a plus....not sure yet about hair but since i feel like they are impacting in a good way my nails and skin i am pleased. they are not too large and easy to swallow and I have had no issues with any odd tastes with them taking or after....I will be recommending this to others if i continue to see the rapid improvments i am so far :)

I've never written an Amazon review before, but these supplements have been working so well that I felt like I needed to! I have really long hair, so I didn't begin taking these for hair growth as much as for hair strength. Because I have super long hair, my hair often feels dead and dry. I've been taking these supplements for about 3 weeks now, and my hair has not felt this healthy and smooth since I cut it short forever ago! I have no split ends, my hair hasn't been getting as knotty, and it just feels so much more thick and healthy. As for my nails, they feel super strong and are growing! And my skin definitely feels smoother!

A few friends of mine are using Rogaine and Propecia to deal with thinning hair. It seems to work for them but.... One of the guys had blood work done and learned he had a high level of estrogen - possible side effect of Propecia. I decided to go with the Yuve product. Some things you don't want to mess with. I'll let you know how it works for me.Update: I've used this stuff for 2 months. For some time I've used tea tree oil for toe nail fungus. Tea tree oil works slowly so I have lots of experience watching it work. The fungus is just about gone. After taking the hair, nails and skin caps I noticed my nail growing out stronger and healthier. I just ordered a refill.

been taking now for about a month I think, try to do this daily without missing a day, but I have missed a couple days I know. Yet, I notice a tremendous difference in my hair not falling out as much, I even took a brush the other day and brushed my hair - short hair, seriously for a couple minutes, and hardly any hair came out at all.I am watching to see how these work on my horrible nails which split easily and are not strong, but seems I see a difference with these as well, just not enough time yet I think, to really say.

I use to bite my nails but just recently stopped and been growing them out. This product has helped them grow strong and faster. Also my hair would shed ALOT and I was very embarrassed at times plus now that I’m getting older it’s starting to thin out but after using these vitamins my hair doesn’t shed much at all!! My hair is looking fuller my nails are growing and my skin is even improving! I highly recommend this product!
