Amazon Review: EvoFox Mechanical Red Keyboard Overall Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pros: * Solid Build: The EvoFox keyboard feels sturdy and durable, thanks to its weighty plastic construction and braided cable. * Impressive Lighting: The RGB lighting is customizable with various effects and brightness levels, adding a nice touch to your gaming setup. * Quiet and Clicky: The red switches offer a satisfying clicky feel without being too loud, making it suitable for both gaming and typing. * Value for Money: At Rs. 1999, the EvoFox offers excellent value for a mechanical keyboard with these features. Cons: * Keycap Wobble: While the build quality is generally good, there's a slight amount of wobble in some keycaps, which might bother sensitive typists. * Clunky Software: The accompanying software can be a bit clunky and difficult to navigate, making it challenging to customize settings. * Smaller Enter Key: The enter key is slightly smaller than standard, which might take some getting used to for those who frequently use it. * Confusing Keycap Wording: Some of the keycap labels might be confusing or have unusual wording, which could be frustrating for new users. * Single Feet Adjustment: The keyboard only has one set of feet for adjusting its angle, which might not be ideal for everyone's preference. Final Thoughts: Despite a few minor drawbacks, the EvoFox Mechanical Red Keyboard is a great choice for budget-conscious gamers and typists looking for a reliable and stylish keyboard. The solid build, impressive lighting, and quiet clicky feel make it a worthwhile purchase. If you can overlook the keycap wobble and clunky software, you'll be happy with your investment.

My keyboard was working fine, once water accidentally fell on it and some keys got damaged, the company sent a new keyboard within a few days. After my complaint the company sent me a new keyboard, that keyboard is working great, customer service is good.

I got this mainly because I could customize the backlight more than in almost any other keyboards in this range. The rainbow pattern which is common in this category hurts my eyes in the dark. I can set a single color which I find much more soothing. Even some of the multicolor themes are good as the light is not harsh. The keys are big upgrade coming from a membrane keyboard. Been using for only a week now but love the feeling. So far so good and I hope it lasts for I don't want to spend over a double on Logitech etc. EDIT: I read somewhere that individual key backlight cannot be customized in this keyboard. That's what I thought too since I could not find any mention in the manual. However tinkering with the software I discovered that it can be done. Though it is not very intuitive, once you learn it it is simple enough. It is in the Light -> Gaming Mode section where five gaming backlight modes are given. In each of the five modes individual key backlight can be modified. Attaching two images of custom themes I created this way. The light is more soothing on eyes and not so overflowing as it appears in the images, which was one of my main concerns. In fact I have customized the light to be about half as dim as the dimmest default, which suits me better. There are three profiles, each with five gaming modes. This means you can create 15 custom themes and save them and switch with a click or two. Since this is such a cool function it's puzzling that it has not been clearly labeled and made intuitive.

lasted well enough for roughly around ~20 months. - the backlight LEDs started burning and changing from default colors. - no matter how many times i clean through the keyboard, some keys do no respond properly. But I had a good experience in the early days and im glad this was my first mechanical keyboard, I guess it is time to move on
