I really like this product for soothing my stomach when I have cramps! It is also so relaxing to put on before you go to sleep as the temperature setting is very nice.The material is very soft and feels nice quality. There are 3 vibration settings and 3 temperature settings and 3 time settings which is plenty of settings for me!The only thing is that the vibrations are quite loud so wouldn’t be comfortable wearing it outside or the office as it is quite distracting. But for in the house it is a good product!

Heat is perfect, I mostly have it on the middle setting - worrying seeing the other reviews saying it isn’t hot enough! I have endo so it’s nice to have something to have to hand that I can wear and not worry about. The vibration doesn’t really do much and the sound of it is annoying so I don’t really use it.

I got this product to help as I have been in such bad pain due to kidney stones, it has been amazing, the only down side is that the vibration is so loud so I don’t use that unless I’m at home. Definitely worth it though, been using it every day since it arrived.

I purchased it to replace using a hot water bottle or heat patches for period pain but it’s rubbish. Will stick to old school methods. It’s easy to use but the temp is barely noticeable and the vibration is SO LOUD!!! Don’t waste your money!

This heat pad is fantastic for my chronic pain but sadly the band had snapped after just over a month of use. I don’t use it everyday but sadly I am not happy cause I need this on a daily basis to function
