The heat was great, the massaging was great but the covering of all of the mechanical parts disintegrated exposing all of the insides. Didn't feel safe using it anymore.

We love it! Product arrived early, well-packaged, and as-pictured. I was soooo dubious about ordering one of these - sight unseen. Case in point: I (re)discovered a Shiatsu foot massager in the bottom corner of a closet the other day while looking for something else. Need I say more? Well, let me tell you...this thing is a Godsend! I primarily purchased this for my wife's neck and back pain. It arrived yesterday and my wife had me try it first...so I did, and WOW! I was amazed at how it released the pain and tension in my spasming back. My wife, now assured of her safety (LOL) tried it next and she was amazed at how well it worked. She kept saying how it felt like a "real" massage. Other reviewers are correct, the heat is just enough to be soothing, not too much, nor too little. We found that while sitting in a chair, we were able to make it go wherever we wanted it to easily. The product seems well-proportioned for both of us and is comfortable to use. The design is simple, Spartan even, yet efficient; just what is needed, nothing more, nothing less. I did notice that the three control buttons position, up high on the left as pictured, were hard to reach while in use, but I didn’t find this to be bothersome at all. I turned it on, used it until it timed-out, hit the "on" button one more time, and that was it. I tried the "change rotation direction" a couple of times and found it easier if I repositioned the massager to reach the button, which wasn’t a problem for either of us. By the way, our massager’s default setting appears to be “heat on”, which we prefer. We also noticed, that you have a LOT of control over how much or how little pressure you want to exert while massaging, and we discovered that it was also pretty easy to direct it to where you wanted it. The construction seems sturdy, yet soft, and not clunky at all, as I was concerned it might be. After last night's massage, both of our backs feel much better today, so, as they say, the proof is in the pudding! Only time will tell regarding its longevity and reliability. That being said, if it only lasted six months, we both remarked that we would consider it a bargain at less than thirty-seven bucks! Nirvana for two? For less than forty bucks? You can’t go wrong here folks!

I stay in pain with my neck, shoulders, & back. This definitely helped to relieve some of my pain. I have tried everything & nothing else helped until this. It states it can be painful if you are not used to it & to use a towel between it & your skin. I did have to do this at first. Because, it does do a deep tissue massage. It was a little uncomfortable at first. It worked out a lot of my tight muscles & spasms. This is definitely worth the price. I love this & I'm so happy with the purchase. It is easy to maneuver around by putting your arms through the front part. You can control where it goes & how hard it massages. If I hold it loose it massages a little lighter which helps until you are used to it.

The media could not be loaded. This was a whim buy based on other reviews. My husband has been suffering with muscle tightness between his shoulder blades and although we have a Thera-gun massage gun, that requires me to have to massage him all the time! I was hoping for something he could do daily to relieve the muscle tightness/soarness by himself. As a body builder he is generally very tight and doesn’t have great range of motion through the upper back/arm reach. So on top of this I also got the neck traction thingy (it just sits on the floor and you lay on it with your upper back trigger points and base of the neck up upper vertebrae of the neck area, aligned on the 6 trigger point spots.) It has been a life changer!! So if you don’t have one and suffer with lower neck/upper back pain, these 2 together are amazing! It digs in pretty deep According to him, and that’s hard for him typically due to the area having quite a bit of muscle mass before you even get to the tissue area that needs the massage. It has 3 speeds, the 1st 2 are useless tbh they go too slow to even do anything but the 3rd is great for a deep tissue massage. And the optional heat setting is pretty cool if you need to also relax the muscles you’re working on. It’s easy to hold it place with the arm straps and if you hold it just lightly enough starting at the top of your back or shoulders, while it is doing the massaging it will basically start crawling down your back lol. Oh and the reverse direction allows it then do the opposite ! So all in all this is a really good portable massager for the price, the bag it came it looks really sleek, and the fact that it has a car charger is actually pretty cool! Def worth the money!

I purchased this to help ease tension in my shoulders and back. At my first use it was kind of painful but after trying different positions I found it to be really effective. It kneads deeply enough that it does the job nicely. The one problem I had that I haven’t found a solution for is that due to the location where the cord connects to the device, the cord tends to fall out, which interrupts the massage. It would be great if there was a clasp to hold the cord in place when in use. I comes with a car adapter but I don’t use it.
