9503 Michelin Double Foot Pump 7 bar

Very sturdy well made metal foot pump. Has screw on valve connector rather than fiddly clip on type found in cheaper pumps. Dual cylinders seem very efficient. Would recommend 👍

This is a good quality product and does what it says on the tin . BUT as mentioned in other feedbacks the spring is very strong and takes quite a bit of leg work to get it to do the job , you do feel like you have done a work out when using it , AND the strong spring slows the return position is slowed by the spring , so in short it does the job very well but don't expect to be able to 'pump' very quickly

Well, first I bought the Draper foot pump and found the gauge was so wildly inaccurate that it was worse than useless. Decided to spend a bit more and bought this Michelin model. Gauge is almost perfect, unfortunately the valve chuck (valve connector) leaked like a sieve. Had to send away for a new brass chuck (https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B071RZFNZ3/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1), to replace the leaky one, and a jubilee clip. Finally I now have pump that works, how long it lasts for is another question.

Well made, wide non-slip foot pedal, large easy to read gauge, double pump makes pumping much quicker but this requires a little more effort but good exercise with no electricity required. Good for planet earth. Only minor criticism are the plastic straps holding the push-in plastic stops to fold down the pump for storage break very easily, so do not loose the 2 plugs if you want to close and store the pump.

For those of us which favour a "traditional" approach to pumping up tyres, this is the one. It has a very strong frame which means that it should have a very long life if used on level ground. Nice to note that this version has a screw on inflation pipe, as I have lost count of the number of failures I have had of "click on" inflators. Nicely finished in grey and a pleasant reminder of motoring in France.

La pompa in questione è veramente pesante e robusta, candidata a durare in eterno. E' uno di quegli acquisti che si fanno una volta ma buoni! Ero veramente stufo di dover periodicamente acquistare pompe, pompette ed adattatori perché smarriti o rotti con questa ho risolto! Che si tratti di gonfiare una semplice ruota di bicicletta o uno pneumatico di camper questa pompa svolge egregiamente il suo dovere e chissene della precisione sfalsata di 0.2 bar (comparata con manometro professionale) alla fine la si deve utilizzare per uso domestico-hobbystico. A prova di ciò vi sono inclusi in una pratica scatoletta adesa al tubo (insomma... a prova di alzheimer) vari adattatori per materassini, palloni ed uno in ottone per le camere d'aria vecchio tipo! Risulta stabile e ben assemblata ad eccezione, quest'ultimo è un piccolo dettaglio, del sistema di aggancio per tenerla chiusa, una inezia ma i fermi in plastica vaganti non sono all'altezza del resto del prodotto. Poco male qualora dovessi smarrili li sostituirò con un pezzetto di filo di ferro! Spedizione in 48h con prime... consigliatissima!!!

Rien à dire fonctionne très bien. Après avoir essayé des gonfleurs électriques pour voiture avec des affichages de pression farfelus j'ai repris ce modèle qui avait lâché après 20 ans.

Pump works great and I especially like the threaded valve connection. Seems very sturdy, gauge looks accurate and I like that its analog. If this works great for my truck it should work on anything else.

Die Pumpe ist stabil gebaut und erfüllt ihren Zweck. Kleinere Mängel sind bereits in anderen Bewertungen genannt, aber für mich irrelevant. Natürlich muss man eine Weile pumpen, wenn man 2 bar in den Reifen bringen will, aber das müsste von jedem zu bewältigen sein. Sonst kann man ja auch eine Pause einlegen. Für mich ist wichtig, dass die Verbindung zum Ventil funktioniert, nachdem ich schon eine andere Pumpe mit Klemmaufsatz hatte, der aber bei der zweiten Benutzung im Eimer war. Darum finde ich den Drehaufsatz bei der Michelin 9503 sehr praktisch: Kein kompliziertes Aufsetzen aufs Ventil und kein kraftraubendes Abziehen mit großem Luftverlust. Das Drehen funktioniert einfach, und mit etwas Geschick kann man sogar den Luftverlust beim Abdrehen minimieren (Aufsatz zuerst gegen das Ventil drücken und nach weiterem Abdrehen vom Ventil wegziehen, so entweicht kaum Luft). Für mich eine gute Pumpe.

Hola a todos, Compré esta bomba vista las críticas y básicamente para inflar las ruedas de moto. No la utilizo mucho y es fácil encontrarlas algo bajas y puede ser peligroso ir hasta la gasolinera que además muchas veces tiene el manómetro que no funciona o es de pago. Infla bastante bien. Es cierto que hay que darle unas cuantas veces, pero supongo que dependerá de la presión final y el neumático. En cuanto a los materiales se ven de calidad. El manómetro funciona muy bien, toda la estructura es robusta y se lee muy bien.Además queda muy bien plegado con los tapones que retienen el peda. Sobre las famosas tiras plásticas que sujetan los tapones para que no se pierdan, es cierto que se rompen, pero no porque sean tan malas. El problema es más bien de diseño. Yo lo he usado varias veces y hasta el otro dia ningún problema. De pronto veo que uno de los tampones estaba suelto. ¿Cómo podia ser si lo habia tratado con sumo cuidado?. Fijándome un poco me di cuenta que esas tiras van ancladas al metal muy cerca de la zona que pisamos. El caso es que al pisar el pedal de la bomba, si lo hacemos hasta el fondo, pude llegar a cortar la tira como si fuera una guillotina. Si tuviéramos la tira plástica tensa hacia afuera eso no pasaría, pero al ir bombeando la estructura puede moverse, la tira irse metiendo y al final al pisar nosotros mismos la cortamos. No voy a quitarle ni una estrella por eso. Son tiras para que los tapones que hacen de tope no estén sueltos cuando usamos el aparato. Pero si no las hubieran puesto, estaríamos tan contentos con los 2 tampones que pondríamos y quitaríamos normalmente y los dejaríamos en el suelo o en el bolsillo. Producto de calidad y recomendable.
