Soybean Lecithin Powder made with no filler or additives. A natural phospholipid which is partially water soluble. An emulsifying agent that helps hold fat & water together. It is often used in foods like cheese, dressings, spreads & chocolate. Lecithin & its primary component, choline, are believed to play essential roles in: cardiovascular health, liver & cell function, fat transport, reproduction & child development, physical performance during endurance activities, & cell-to-cell communications. Lecithin is the main source of choline in the diet. The richest sources of lecithin (eggs & organ meat) also tend to be high in fat and cholesterol. Lecithin is the best and most bio-available way to get choline. Taking granular lecithin provides a "timed release" form of choline, raising blood choline levels higher and for longer periods of time than equivalent amounts of choline chloride. A bit pricey but good quality.
Lecithin is an emulsifier to hold other ingredients in suspension in oils. This is a basic ingredient and difficult to rate alone. But it was nicely granular, dissolved quickly and arrived promptly.

I use lecithin when I make gummies. This product works great for that.

Please bring this back
This product works great!! Great price and amount. Wasnt available so ordered different one. It turned out to give very little for the price they charged. Not sure how new one works yet. Doubt I get same results. I want this product come back in stock

Seems great to me!
I am a newbie using this to enhance the quality of baked goods. I can only say so far, that after using this product from not using it, everything I make is noticeably more dense in the best way.

Liquid is Better for my process
Purchased this to make cbd gummies and for some reason liquid just kept separating. I tried the liquid lecithin and it was perfect. I’m not saying the powder is not good, I’m saying the process I used seems to prefer the liquid lecithin over the powder lecithin. I will keep the powder lecithin as I continue my process may change but for now the liquid lecithin is easier to work with versus the powder lecithin.
