I absolutely love this product! I have tried other collagen and so far this one has given me the best results. My hair, nails and skin have improved so much since starting this.

AWESOME UPDATE IS BELOW MY ORIGINAL REVIEW!!!I've bought this stuff twice now. I used to use Skinny Fit Super Youth Powder with my coffee, but that got real pricey real quick. I was mainly taking it for collagen and all the benefits that come with it, but I wanted something that would be cheaper with the same perks. I gave this a shot and this works waaaaayyyy better than Skinny Fit stuff! Soon after using it I started to realize I was actually losing weight off this stuff! I've lost from 7ish pounds from the powder (weekends I eat what I want haha). My mom was noticing that I was losing extra weight from practically doing nothing (I'm not very active haha) and she gave this stuff a shot too. Now she's losing some weight and is noticing her clothes are loosening up. This powder (I get the chocolate kind) has been such a dependent part of my daily routine now, especially since I know it helps keep a little extra weight off.AWESOME UPDATE: It was April 30th when I first ordered this powder (started taking it in May) and since I started using this powder let me tell you IT WORKS WONDERS!! Since the end of April I was at around 173-175 pounds and I was honestly fine with that number and just wanted a powder for its collagen/skin tightening/cellulite issues and to help me maintain my current weight. I am updating this review on October 31st (Happy Halloween) to inform you all that I am now at 159 pounds! I have this powder to thank for that. My eating habits have fluctuated since April/May time where some months I eat healthier than others and other months I eat what I want. I do not exercise, only try to eat less carbs and less sugar throughout the week (don't stick to this all the time) and then some weekends I'd still eat well while other weekends I ate what I wanted (burgers, fries, pizza, ice cream - not all the time but if the opportunity presented itself I'd eat it). I'm writing this update to inform others that I have lost around 15-16 pounds by just using this powder! Sure, there may be other elements to thank but this year I feel like I've gotten to enjoy eating what I like versus the last several years of doing keto where I'd have to restrict myself. I've never gotten below 175 pounds when on Keto but for some reason this powder did it! My worst problem I have right now is not being able to fit into any of my jeans I've bought this year. Boohoo, I know right haha. If that's the worst thing that has come from starting this powder then that's a home-run in my book. It's not where it's an immediate change of weight, but if you're happy to lose weight by playing the long game while enjoying food and a new confidence in life then please BUY THIS POWDER!!P.S. I only use one scoop of powder in my coffee in the mornings. I think I might try out two scoops of powder with my coffee to see if that changes anything. It'd be nice to pig out on Christmas food and treats while still losing weight LOL.

4/11/2025: I will be updating this review in a week (or two) for people who actually want to know what’s going on. I have only taken this and the one a day women’s active metabolism and this is the first night in months that I truly slept GOOD. My husband woke me up cause he was hurting and the whole time I was helping him my body kept wanting more sleep and swaying. I don’t work out often, but I also don’t eat too much so my body is just there lmao. I started taking this because of my cellulite and I’ll put updating photos as well in a week or two if there are visible results. I don’t feel any different really, but if I do in the next few days you’ll know.

And I felt hungry all the time!I lost five pounds the first week. And my goal has been to lose 10 pounds. I’m not overly overweight. I was skeptical— its Been 3 weeks and it’s helping curb appetite and overall making me feelGood! I work out 6 days a week but was in a plateau and now down 4 pounds!

Def had me use the restroom shortly after my meals. I had less bloating. Pill size is normal in my opinion. I got the unflavored version no jittery feeling. I feel i was ripped off and price wasnt worth it because many of the capsules were empty either because it wasnt joined together or they were joined but still empty. So i def didn’t get the amount i was supposed to receive in the bottle. But from whatever portion i actually had, it did help reduce my bloating. I wouldn’t purchase again. I would continue the protein powder shake version though.

I haven't used this collagen powder long enough to comment on results, but it dissolves easily in my coffee and has no taste. I will post an update after a few uses.

I will post another review after I have used it for a while. I an very disappointed I only girl a half filled container. I feel like I should have gotten a full container considering it costs $50 dollars.
