Ruined by over dominant bass
The disc is high quality. My concern is the sound quality. Yes this album recieved the Grammy for best sound recording in 2013- how on earth did that happen? I have a top grade audiophile hifi system and love music and recorded sound. This is a classic album but for me it's ruined by the dominant bass that squashes almost every other element in the recording. Playing at any volume is not a pleasant experience. It's just too much, drowning the production. I would love to hear a remix that takes the bass down a few notches to create a more balanced mix.
