After grating carrot, it left red stains which never went away after so much of washing. The peeler is also bad quality. I returned it right away and got another one.

This is one awesome utensil that all kitchens should have. I had a similar one for 8 years and it broke. I then went on a hunt for another one and I found this one at Amazon and it has now done 50 hours of work it is absolutely the best as I o quite a lot of cooking soups, stirfries, casseroles, desserts where I like uniform size and shapes. It has more than lived up to my expectations. Well done and congratulations on a superb product Amazon.
