I’m 5’10 - 225 Lbs and I ordered the XL. Lengthwise it’s perfectly long. I am bigger on my chest area so the XL does fit me a little snug so it is a bit of a struggle getting it off. Also the openings underneath the armpits are kinda tight again probably because I’m bigger in the upper body. I’ve wore it three times now and it does seem to be adjusting and fitting better.Product was nicely packed and appears there was some thought put into it. Overall I’m happy with my purchase.

You need to order 1 or 2 sizes bigger than you actually wear,Thought I wouldn’t ever get it off myself without a knife but finally I did.

You will definitely burn more calories wearing this while working out. i had to buy my normal size for proper fit.

Have had this for awhile and it really does help you sweat. Definitely order a size bigger than you wear. Otherwise it will be really hard to get off. The only thing I wish it had is a zipper front.

Save your money it’s not worth 5 dollars. I tried this yesterday and for one it’s the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever tried putting on and taking off. I got the right size too it’s just not comfortable at all. This also doesn’t work and have a weird smell to it. I ended up throwing it away right after I doubt they would give you your money back once it’s been worn.If your looking to trim some fat around your stomach I do recommend the HBT Gear trim belt here on amazon works 100 times better and it’s cheaper.
