Q: Anyone using these for running?

Yes, These can be used in your road treaders! I usethem in mine, and theyare nice, and comfy. no knee pain! Well worth a try, and good value for money.

Q: Would I be ok in getting the 5-6.5 size for my daughter who is a size 7?

If she is a 'genuine' 7, I would go for the size up and trim if necessary. I am normally a 6 but in running shoes I take a 7 (a fairly normal situation in almost all running shoe makes) so the 5-6.5 was a perfect fit. So if it is a running shoe 7 and day wear shoe 6, she may be okay with the small size.

I bought a size 5 to 6 and didnt need to make any adjustments but another happy customer tells me that even if sometimes they dont totally fit you can; 1. trim them down at the toe end 2 . Send them back and replace with either a bigger or smaller size. Hope this is helpful
