Brilliant tool. Dont leave the battery in, it runs down when not being used. Otherwise, cant fault it.

Perfect for RC
After a lot of browsing decided on the makita for my RC cars / trucks etc . I’ve a couple of makita power tools never let me down. Good quality 2 batteries and the 3 year warranty sealed it . Extra 2 years after registration. Bought some good quality Hex bits from a reliable online model shop , so much easier than unscrewing 100 + screw & bolts by hand , has a very good torque range very impressed mine arrived with a UK 3 pin plug . Good item, one problem.
Item is good, only had a problem with the charger, I ordered it and the charger came with a US charging plug instead of a UK plug, I called Amazon up and they handled it professionally but other than that great item.

Great little drill
Perfect as a small drill driver. Great weight and good battery life. Quite powerful for a small screw driver. Would recommend.

Comfortable and quick change bits
Great tool, easy to use and the torque setting is good, could be a little slower for fine work. Light is useful and it’s lightweight in the hand

Get it!
For 2nd fixing this makita screwdriver is a blessing!!!! The only negetive i have is it sometimes catches my skin when going from straight to pistol mode! Apart from that amazing product!

Great - but too expensive
Impact drivers are too harsh for some jobs no matter how carefully one tries so I bought this as a more heavy duty electric screwdriver over the 4v Ryobi one that has served me well for years. I usually use my drill for screws that need less torque than the impact driver but I was doing jobs that required me switching between the drill and the screwdriver far too often which is why I bought this. It's good, has the torque settings and 2 speeds, everything you would want to be honest, and the usually high Makita build quality. Perhaps it's because the different sized batteries are supplied that its so expensive but I've recently bought other Makita kit which seemed far better value for money. It's probably undoable in todays market but I think this is a £120 product compared to their other kit. If the cost doesn't bother you then absolutely I recommend it.
