I love this Vita-fusion flavor, it tastes like how fruit punch should be, it’s sour but taste pretty sweet and fruity. It’s so refreshing when you drink with a cold water bottle for the summer. These give you energy and keeps you up when you’re tired, but I use it mostly to treat my daily migraines since it comes with caffeine. It’s quite pricy compared to other drink packets, but it does it’s job energy wise and just so delicious in flavor.

This is my favorite electrolyte powder! However, it is essential to only use HALF the pack. There are not many servings in a box which is definitely disappointing and I think there should be more for the price, but if you use half the packet, it balances the taste (because its very concentrated in my opinion) and will give you more servings.If you want a stronger flavor then I would suggest this brand.For reference, I use the hydro jug Tumblr which is 40 ounces.

if you use half or less of the packet it is delicious, not too sweet, and will last longer than using an entire packet for one drink.also, does anyone know how much caffeine is in this? i cant see it on the box

This is a powder containing electrolytes, Vitamin B12 and 80mg of caffeine from tea leaves.A cup of coffee has about 95mg of caffeine, so a serving of this punch has a little less caffeine than a coffee cup.This caffeine comes from tea leaves.Instructions are asking to mix one pack with 16 oz water. It mixes well, but not immediately. I used a water bottle and I just shook it. If you leave it a few more minutes it will all dissolve.The taste is pleasant and quite strong but for me too sweet. I like to dissolve the package in more water, to take some of the sweetness away.One serving is 30 calories, including 230mg Sodium and 5g of sugars. It also has elderberry juice powder, being a good source of vitamin A, C & E plus Zinc.The box has 6 servings that come at about $2 each.After taking them, I did notice an increase in energy, due to caffeine and sugar.The product is very convenient when traveling or any time you need an immediate easy energy boost. It could be really helpful in long meetings :-)I recommend it.
