So I always hated the fit of the HyperX Mix Cloud among other issues with that headset, but these replacement pads are way more comfortable and cooler since they aren't so tight on the ears.My two recommendations:1. Even if your stock ear pads are fine toss them and just use these or similar. HyperX stock pads belong in the trash.2. Installing these isn't difficult IF your know what you're doing. 100% watch a good YouTube tutorial on how to do this if you don't know how. You will need to stretch them out a little and it's not super intuitive but not at all hard to learn. Takes 5-10 minutes once you get the hang of it and ngl it's kind of satisfying.

I've had my HyperX headphones for YEARS. Maybe 5 or 6. I love them. But they started to peel and were wearing out rapidly. Now, the sound and microphone were still good so I wanted a solution to salvage them. Enter these ear cups. They are difficult to put on, just resign yourself to this. But replacing these, the microphone, and giving the whole thing a good IPA cleaning to remove the stickiness has brought my set back to life. Almost like new!

Great replacement and comfortable to wear. Much cooler than the standards which fall to pieces after a few years. Not as hard to replace as you might think even if it is your first time. Well priced for what it is.

After buying my HyperX Cloud Mix headset years ago, I decided it was time to purchase new ear cups when I found parts of them on my ears after taking it off.The ear cups will fit onto the MIX just fine. They are a little loose on them as they are specifically designed for this headset, but they are very easy to put back on if they come off.Would buy these again!

Great earpads and solid quality, however the reviews that said easy to install are lying. The earpads were a pain to put on because the material wasn't as stretchy as I thought, so when I don't hold a spot well it'll just slide right out, resetting my progress.My advice is to be in a sitting position leaning forward, place it on one of your thighs with top of headset facing you, and inserting your forearm between the 2 earpad locations so the other side is not springing back, blocking, and annoying you while you struggle with the other earpad. Once you get a part of the earpad into the headset crevice, you'd have to hold it with all your strength, because the moment you slack off it'll slide right out. After that, I suggest sticking your finger inside the earpad and just go around in a circle, stretching the earpad so the back fits into the crevice on the headset while pressing down on the starting point. Don't be afraid to stretch the earpad or the cooling gel foam inside, it's made more sturdy than you would think. Once you get 3/4 of the earpad in its easy game, I personally saved the last 1/4 for either the top or bottom. At this point you would pull decently hard to stretch the final area of the earpad out and finally into the small crevice on the headset. Good luck installing it.

They look and feel great. High quality and are way better than the stock pads that come with the headsets.

great replacement but these are very hard to get on so watch video or your tube but them being hard to get on is not an issue I mean once they are on they work great and they dont come back off!
