I have bought stuff like this and had to take it back but this one is amazing I guess these things have got better as time goes on..... would recommend I have a cotton velvet blue sofa ... I put iron water in it the nice smelling one and cleaned my sofa ..hoover it first then go for it but make sure it’s hot enough not to drip ... it drips first burst so have a towel on hand for that then wring put the little cover then put it back on and if steam is coming out steadily u will be ready to clean ... it’s worth every penny

Unfortunately this did not meet my expectations. I was looking forward to getting rid of the mildew in the shower, but the steam had no effect whatsoever. Really disappointing, although it did steam out the creases in the curtain OK.Another issue is that it needs to be plugged in to work, so you will need a long extension cord to use it in places like the bathroom or to steam long curtains. Probably not the best designed steamer out there, but I'm too afraid to invest in another one, so back to elbow grease for me!

Oh don't I just love this little beauty. It's fantastic. Small compact. Not high maintenance, all depending on what u want it for ofcourse. It heat to a high temperature and cleans so well. It makes cleaning easier. Deep cleaning that is. Only downfall is having to refill but taking into consideration the size that is expected. I love this machine my mum even wants one after seeing me use mine!

The item I received appeared faulty. When I tested it I followed the instructions exactly, careful to only put in 200 ml of water, waited for 4 minutes and then unlocked and pushed the button. Steam came out at quite a rate and pressure seemed adequate. The problem arose when I took my finger from the button and everything was supposed to stop, but instead steam carried on being ejected from the nozzle, and steam started coming out of the lid. I put it on the side and waited for it to cool down, and followed the safety instructions for emptying it. The lid was on properly and everything seemed to be as it should per instructions. I retried and had the same result. In my opinion it seemed like 2 faults, the first being steam coming out of the nozzle when it shouldn't have, and steam exiting the lid where there seemed to be some kind of problem with the seal. I also noticed a small white rubber bit poking up inbetween the brass and plastic. (see photo)The trader sent an email saying hope you like our product and please get in touch if there is a problem, so I did and received no reply with in 5 days, so have got a refund through amazon.

Very handy small portable cleaner. It works well, I have used it in the bathroom and kitchen, it has cleaned black mould from grout and tiles and cleaned a venetian window blind which would otherwise have beeen difficult to clean. In the kitchen it quickly removed greasy deposits from frying food from work surfaces. It also removed mould and old, well ingrained dirt from an internal stone doorstep. The tools are well designed, fit together and take apart easily and do not get hot to the touch. My only niggle is the uncertainty of the meaning of the light and knowing when it is safe to remove the filler to fill it (the small tank needs refilling every 10 minutes or so).

Poor instructions. Product will need re filling with water too frequently. When I finally managed to get it to work (due to poor instructions) I was disappointed with the cleaning results. It's too much of a faff . Resorted back to hot water, green scouring pad and dishcloth - So much easier and more effective. Overall a complete waste of money.

Having once owned an inferior make of steam cleaner, I bought this one based on its excellent reviews. This really is a superior product, especially for such a low price. A quick squirt of limescale remover on the bathroom tiles and this little machine did the rest.I reckon that you could pay a lot more and not better this machine.It will also clean out those annoying little crevices behind bath screens etc., which can be murder to reach. One blast and it's clean.I have not used the larger attachments yet but one thing is for sure... This is NOT the sort of gadget that lies gathering dust in the back of the cupboard!

Well made but I think I was expecting too much from a steam cleaner. Certainly not as good as the TV ads want you to believe with similar products. Would I buy one again ? From my own experience the answer would be no.
